In case we cannot provide you with a Visa/tourist card you can always contact the Cuban Embassy or Consulate in your country. Most consulates can issue visas on the spot.
If you are travelling to Cuba through or from USA, please beware that the US authorities do not allow the travel to Cuba with tourist visa card issued in your country of origin, irrespective of nationality. The Cuban Tourist Visa Card issued by us or any other consulate (bar the US one) is valid for travelling to Cuba directly from any country of the world, apart the United States of America. We recommend you to contact your travel agency or consulate in Washington, DC before travelling to Cuba through or from the USA.
