During Easter Bank Holiday our London & Havana offices are closed from Friday 19th to Monday 22nd April. All application made from Thursday 18th April after 4.00 pm will be processed on 23rd May; UK Next Day delivery orders will be delivered on 24th May.
Any traveller wishing to visit the island must be in possession of a Cuba Tourist Card (Tarjeta del Turista) before travelling to Cuba.
Your airline may refuse you boarding without this card. Some airlines and seaway companies, however, can sell it to you on the day of departure, but the cost of the card can range from simple to triple!
For a better peace of mind and to avoid last minute costs, it is highly recommended to obtain the tourist card a few months before departure.
The Tourist Card is valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of issue, which you can find on the invoice, and for 30 day from the day you arrive in Cuba.
To be able to stay for more than 30 days, you can extend your Tourist Visa Card for another 30 days at the immigration authorities office. The cost of the extension is 25 CUC per card, payable in the form of a tax stamp in advance to a nearest state bank.
It is the city/airport of the last destination you have visited. If this is in the US, you will need a different type of Tourist Card (pink - ours are green as on the picture). We recommend you to contact your airline or the Cuban Consulate in the US. This applies to everybody and does not depend on nationality.
American citizens are welcome to book through this website. However, if you are travelling via a US airport, you will need a different type of Tourist Card (pink - ours are green as on the picture). We recommend you to contact your airline or the Cuban Consulate in the US.
In this case, you will need a different type of Tourist Card (pink - ours are green, as on the Home Page picture). We recommend you to contact your airline or the Cuban Consulate in the US. This applies to everybody and does not depend on nationality. Same applies if you are flying from Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.
We generally issue your Tourist Card on the same or following working day.
During high demand periods (eg. early January), we might experience small delays but we still aim to process all orders within a week - if your departure date is within a month from the day you make the request, we will always issue it by the following working day.
